I always choose this place for my stay. The staff kindly helped me find my way. It suits me perfectly, with Wi-Fi, kitchen stuff, AC, and a TV. No pets or smoking here. Coming back for a city break. No regrets.

Had exceptionally comfortable bed, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a microwave and a refrigerator for our needs. There was a nice restaurant close to the apartment.

The apartment at Vivienda San Agustin was absolutely charming! The bedroom and living room were cozy and comfortable, and the balcony offered stunning city views. It truly felt like a home away from home. As a guest who appreciates a cozy atmosphere, this was perfect for me.

Personally, I found the bidet in the bathroom to be unnecessary. But hey, that's just my opinion - some guests might still enjoy it!

It was located just at the outskirts of the old Barrio, about a 15, 20 minute walk to the heart of the city. the host, Vicente, was excellent. He was considerate and kind, even allowing us to check in 2 hours before the usual time. He was well, informed on local news and provided us with plenty of tourist information. He marked all the interesting sites on a map and explained in detail how to get there. the apartment was quiet, yet centrally located near shops and eateries. it was the best accommodation we had during our 19, day tour of Andalucia. Cons: Nothing, it is perfect. 👍.

The value for money at Vivienda San Agustin was excellent, and the room was top-notch with beautiful art decor furnishings. The location was perfect, within a short walk to all the main attractions, and the staff, especially Vicente, treated us like VIPs.

I had a fantastic stay at Vivienda San Agustin in Seville! The apartment was not only centrally located, but also incredibly comfortable and clean. The location of the hotel is perfect, as it is within walking distance of all the main monuments and attractions. It is also conveniently located near the main train station, making it easy to travel to other cities like Granada. the area where the hotel is situated is fantastic, with plenty of shops, restaurants, and cafes to explore.

The rooms can get a little cold during the winter months. this can easily be resolved by adjusting the temperature in the room or requesting extra blankets from the staff.
